D2L (Brightspace) Cornerstone Project & Roll out Across NSCC

NSCC successfully implemented D2L’s Brightspace Learning Management System for fully online and blended courses.  We are now getting ready to implement Brightspace for all courses across NSCC by Fall 2017.  We are also concurrently working on a Cornerstone project that includes a review and optimization of standards, policies & procedures, roles & responsibilities, support for students and faculty, security, and PeopleSoft integration.  This presentation will review the project management approach, change management approach, high level project deliverables, and lessons learned.

Lisa King has been working with NSCC for 17, years primarily in ERP (PeopleSoft, Onbase, D2L) operations and project management.
